CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
 
* Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat at register@adc2008.org or fax +82-2-2082-2314.
* Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation.
* All refunds will be made after the meeting for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from
  the refunded amount.
 
Before and including September 1, 2008 Refund less USD50.00 processing fee
September 2, 2008 and after NO refund
 
* As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to
   August 1, 2008 without incurring a penalty.
* The secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing.
