There are several selections of hotels blocked for ADC 2008 participants. To benefit from the special ADC 2008 rate, all reservation must be made by August 1, 2008 through Official Housing Bureau, Meci Tour Inc. |

| How to make a reservation & Payment |
|
Please make on-line hotel reservations through the ADC 2008 website. If you run into any problem with on-line reservation, please contact the official Housing & Tour Bureau, MECI Tour Inc.
at adc2008@mecitour.com. The on-line reservation system will close at 18:00 on August 1, 2008 local time. |

| A Type Hotels - |
The reservation should be made through the official housing bureau, Meci Tour Inc.However, the payment of room will be made directly to the Hotel upon check-out.. |
| B Type Hotels - |
The reservation should be made through the official housing bureau, Meci Tour Inc. as well as payment upon check out. Room-only payment receipt will be issued under the name of Meci Tour Inc. by e-mail or fax upon individual request AFTER the congress. |

1. The room rates above are fixed in Korean Won (KRW) and quoted per room per night.
2. All rooms do not include breakfast except Prima Hotel and Hotel Bluepearl.
3. 10% Gov. Tax and 10% service charge, but 10% Gov. tax will be exempted upon the foreign guest¡¯s payment
to hotel directly.
4. A valid credit card information should be submitted in order to secure booking and the actual payment
shall be paid upon check out automatically.
5. Hotel Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations made after this date
will be subject to space availability. Prompt booking is very important to guarantee your room.

| Cancellation Policy |
1. Any cancellations should be sent in writing to the ADC2008 Official Housing & Tour bureau at
adc2008@mecitour.com.
2. Cancellation received till September 17, 2008 : No penalty
3. Cancellation received till September 24, 2008 : 50 % of one night room rate will be charged to your
credit card as a penalty.
4. Cancellation received after September 25, 2008 or no - show : one night room rate will be charged. |
